Gemstone sourcing

Whenever feasible, I prioritize sourcing reclaimed gemstones, primarily from antique jewelry acquired through reputable auction houses throughout the UK.
By doing so, I not only extend the life of these gemstones but also minimize the carbon footprint and mitigate the potential ethical concerns associated with gemstone mining and processing.

Additionally, I collaborate with small artisan gemstone-cutting businesses located in the UK, US, and Australia. Most of these stones are sourced from developed countries and are expertly cut by skilled gemologists on-site.

A key supplier for sapphires, zircons, and opals is a company based in Queensland, Australia, where gemstones are mined ethically, ensuring a transparent supply chain for both customers and jewellers.

Precious metals & casting

When it comes to sourcing meta for my jewellery, I make it a priority to work with my casting house to ensure that recycled gold is nearly always used. While no one is perfect, I can confidently say that I strive to make my business as ethical as possible in every way.

To me, being ethical goes beyond the materials I use—it's about treating and compensating everyone fairly.

Of course there is always room for improvement, and I am committed to continually refining every aspect of my business.
