Every piece of jewellery is made to order so please allow for the following

• 4 weeks for silver and gold plated silver
• 4-6 weeks for Gold / precious metals

Once your order has been dispatched, I shall email you with the corresponding tracking number.

In the off chance you are wanting an item sooner than these delivery times, or for a specific date please email me with a direct enquiry. 

• Please be aware that each piece of jewellery i create is completely handmade and unique. Small variations occurring in pieces will occur from stone colour to the organic feel and look on the piece ~ but only minutely. This is natural in my creative process, and for any reason you feel it is not in keeping with what you had in mind please email me at charlotterowenna@gmail.com straight away to rectify
  
  

Delivery information

All of my jewellery is posted out using Royal mail’s special delivery service.

So all orders will arrive before 1pm and requires a signature upon delivery.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be help responsible for delays by your local postal service.
Import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Jewellery Care

All jewellery occasionally needs a clean. How I achieve this best is by using an old soft toothbrush and warm soap water. Silver dip can be used with caution and the use of a silver polish cloth will help highlight and polish elements. Please try to avoid wearing jewellery whilst swimming or using house gold chemicals. It been proven to weaken metals as well as tarnish them over time.

But of course if these methods aren’t 100% satisfactory I’m more than happy to offer a free repolish and clean, just drop me an email.

Bespoke Commission & re modelling

All commissions and re modelling jobs are one of a kind. With this process being so personal we offer a wax making / modelling service where you are able to be involved by viewing the wax in person or via email.

An initial deposit of 50% is needed to start the commission or remodel. This is non refundable as it takes into consideration my time and skills creating various models for viewing before being cast.

I’m happy to recreate wax model as many times until you’re happy with the outcome.

• Once a wax has been approved and cast it can no longer be altered. The second half of the payment is needed to release the final item to you. Please note by paying a 50% deposit on re model pieces you’re agreeing to the dismantling of your jewellery 

• All commissions are non refundable~ And quotes only last 2 months and may then vary in relation to the inflation of metal prices.

• Customers stones that are used within the cast in place progress are done so with the knowledge that they may crack or alter in appearance ( although I do my best to check stokes for inclusions that may lead to such an occurrence )

Refunds, Exchanges & warranty

• As items are made to order we cannot accept refunds but offer exchanges to the value of, or higher within 7days of purchase. Sale pieces through my website or Instagram are non-refundable or returnable

• In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem. Please return the item securely packaged with your details using a trackable insured shipping service.

Two year jewellery warranty

• A two-year warranty covers all of my sterling silver, gold-plated, and solid gold pieces. During this period, I offer free repairs and replacements for any manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your jewellery, please contact us through the contact form.

Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

• Theft or loss of your Charlotte Rowenna jewellery. We strongly recommend insuring high-value pieces under your contents/home insurance or through a specialist provider like T.H. March.
• Damages caused by neglect, misuse, or wear and tear beyond what is reasonably expected based on the duration of wear.
• Any third-party adjustments or alterations made to your Charlotte Rowenna jewellery will void this warranty.
• Gemstones not sourced and supplied by us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to these stones but are happy to provide advice or offer replacements at a custom price.
