• side old cut antique diamonds @0.30 ct x 2

Couple of tweaks if possible incorporating (bits from your other rings lol): Could the bottom right setting be flower like, and the main setting be a *top and bottom swirl?*. I’ve done a v rough mock-up with cropped screenshots, and circled the incorporations from other rings—but let me know your thoughts/ if they’ll work in practise.
